MLX is a small privately run organisation and was established in October 2010 by Helen Clayman. Helen has been in the financial services industry for 11 years and has a wide range of compliance experience.


After 7 years working as a Compliance Consultant at Bankhall (providing on-site compliance support to directly regulated FSA firms), Helen recognised that many of her firms had come to rely on her individual and very pragmatic approach to compliance provision; and saw a gap in the market for affordable, good quality, bespoke compliance services which add real value to the business. MLX Training & Compliance Ltd was established and has built a stable and varied client base – solely by word of mouth and recommendation.


MLX clients include small- and medium-sized IFAs, mortgage and general insurance brokers as well as some of the major compliance service providers (who outsource work to us).
